Information System

We form the backbone of the company. Every process is connected to our internal system, which we have been developing for years on our own. It consists of several dozen modules that support all of the departments in the company. Every improvement in performance is calculated, especially during busy seasons when the load on our systems is up to three times as much when compared to the other months of the year.

Web Development

From planning, prioritising and developing, we have developed our own methodology that ensures rapid delivery of new ideas to our customers while also preserving high-quality solutions. We do not end with new project realisation. We are continually collecting customer feedback, playing with AB tests (yes, you are our experimental rabbits) and generating heatmaps.

Application

We want to be with you every step of the way. Our team of specialists takes care of your everyday shopping experience. According to our statistics, over half of our customers shop through their mobile - so we have a special focus on mobile apps and the mobile version of our website, and we're tuning up both the downloading speed and the UX experience.

Marking a set of processing and technological activities to meet (and exceed) basic expectations = to get a satisfied customer from a customer's point of view.

HaaS (AlzaNEO)

Our rental service (in selected countries) for phones / tablets / laptops and gaming computers. The customer pays a monthly fee and gets a new model every year or two.
