1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS 

a) Trading company Alza.cz a.s., Company ID Number 27082440, TIN CZ27082440, with its registered office in Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, postal code 170 00, incorporated in the Companies Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 8573, (hereinafter referred to as “Alza”) shall hold a marketing campaign called “Christ mas Price Slashers” (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign") from 00:01 on 2 December 2021 to 23:59 on 23 December 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Duration”) and hereby sets the terms and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website www.alza.cz/vanocni-trhaky.

b) Alza, as a retailer, primarily supplies natural person as an end cutomers with its products, and organizes its campaigns in this regard. Alza expressly reserves the right, in order to serve as many natural persons as its target customers, to cancel order of a customer who is not a consumer in case where the quantity of the product in question exceeds the quantity normally used in everyday life, which serves the average needs of such natural person as end customers. In such cases, Alza will notify the Buyer by e-mail of the cancelation of the order and will refund any purchase price or advance payment already paid by the Buyer.

c) Alza declares that its advertising terms and conditions as stated on the website www.alza.cz/EN/reklama also apply to this Campaign.

2. DEFINITIONS

a) As part of the Campaign, Alza is offering a discount on selected products from the categories of TV, audio-video, small and major household appliances, beauty, toys, drugstore products, media, sports, IT and mobile accessories, mobile phones, hobby, auto-moto, which are listed at http://www.alza.cz/vanocni-trhaky (hereinafter referred to as "Goods”), in the amount of 10% on Goods marked with the icon "10%", 20% on Goods marked with the icon "20%" and 30% on Goods marked with the icon "30%" when applying the discount code specified on the website http://www.alza.cz/vanocni-trhaky. The number of items that the Buyer may purchase may be limited for the selected Goods. The limitation of the number of pieces of the Goods is done automatically and the Buyer will not be allowed to add more pieces of the Goods to the cart than the maximum possible quantity.

b) The discount is granted by applying the code when placing an order to purchase the Goods. Only one discount code can be used per order. If the Customer wishes to purchase multiple types of Goods that are subject to different discounts, the Customer must do so through multiple orders. The discount code can also be used repeatedly. 

c) The discount on the Goods is valid for the period of inclusion of the Goods in the Campaign or until the Goods are sold out during the Campaign. The offer of Goods included in the Campaign may be updated during the Campaign.

d) The Goods, or their stock, are redistributed to customers in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary and other countries to which Alza delivers its products, according to the time of the order.

e) Alza notes that the Campaign discounts are calculated from the original product price whose full definition can be found in Article VII of the Terms and Conditions. Original Price for the purposes of the Campaign means the lowest price of the Goods (product/service/license) at which Alza offered them without taking into account any possible bonuses, sales promotion marketing campaigns and other discount promotions or price reductions in its online shop for the 30 days preceding the date of the Campaign launch.

3. ORDER

a) When ordering products included in the Campaign, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with the Alza Terms & Conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the Campaign.

b) Goods included in the Campaign cannot be purchased by phone or fax, only online.

c) Obtaining a discount, respectively a Campaign product at a discounted price, requires the order to be completed and properly paid for—simply adding the product to the Shopping Cart is not sufficient.

d) The Customer acknowledges that if the order with Campaign products is not completed within ten (60) minutes of placing the items in the Shopping Cart, then the order is automatically cancelled.

e) Discounts provided in the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts or other special price campaigns that Alza provides or that can be applied on Alza on Goods included in the Campaign, except in cases in which Alza specifically allows it. 

4. FINAL PROVISIONS

a) Alza is not responsible for the Internet data speed or connection quality and stability.

b) Alza reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to cancel the Campaign if necessary.

c) Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with Campaign participation. Alza expressly states that neither the discount nor the Free Delivery can be refunded in cash, even in the event of a return of the purchased Goods to which the discount and/or free delivery promotion was applied. Campaign participants who return the Goods are not entitled to any refund except for the refund of the actual price paid for the Goods.

d) Alza reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign those customers who:

• Do not meet the conditions of the Campaign;
• Use a card they are not authorised to use for payments;
• Act contrary to the law and/or good morals and/or commit fraudulent conduct in connection with the Campaign;
• Provide false or incomplete information in the Campaign.

In the event that the Campaign participant is excluded, the Campaign participant shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages that may have been incurred.

e) These Campaign terms and conditions take effect on the day of their announcement.
