"Sales Tornado"

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
   1. Trading company Alza.cz a.s., Company ID Number 27082440, TIN CZ27082440, with its registered office in Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, postal code 170 00, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Insert 8573, (hereinafter referred to as “Alza”) shall hold a marketing campaign called “Sales Tornado” (hereinafter referred to as "Campaign") from 00:01 on 4 November 2021 to 23:59 on 9 November 2021 (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign Duration”) and hereby sets the terms and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website URL.
   2. Alza would like to note that its advertising terms and conditions as stated on the website www.alza.cz/advertising also apply to this Campaign.
      
      
2. DISCOUNT TERMS & CONDITIONS
   1. Alza provides a discount on selected products marked with the "Sales Tornado" label (hereinafter referred to as "Goods") as part of the Campaign. If the Goods are included in the Campaign, the "Sales Tornado" label will appear when the mouse cursor is hovered over the Goods in the product listing (category) and the Goods are also marked accordingly in the product description.
   2. The Campaign product stock is redistributed according to the order of purchase to customers in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary and other European Union countries where Alza operates.
   3. Alza notes that Campaign discounts are calculated from the original price of the Goods, the full definition of which can be found in Article VII of the Alza Terms and Conditions. For the purposes of the Campaign, the original price means the lowest price of the Goods (product/service/licence) at which Alza has offered them without taking into account any possible bonuses, sales promotion marketing campaigns and other discounts or price promotions on the Alza e-shop for the 30 days preceding the date of the Campaign launch.
      
      
3. ORDER
   1. When ordering Goods included in the Campaign, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with the Alza Terms & Conditions and the specific terms and conditions of the Campaign.
   2. Obtaining a discount, respectively a Campaign product at a discounted price, requires the order to be completed and properly paid for using the selected payment option—simply adding the Goods to the Shopping Cart is not sufficient.
      
      
4. FINAL PROVISIONS
   1. Alza declares that it is not responsible for any errors that may occur during the transmission of electronic messages.
   2. Alza reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the Campaign and to cancel the Campaign if necessary.
   3. Participants are not entitled to reimbursement of costs associated with Campaign participation. Alza expressly states that neither the discount nor the Free Shipping can be refunded in cash, not even if the customer returns the purchased Goods for which the discount and/or Free Shipping was used. The Customer who returns the Goods is not entitled to any refund except for the actual price of the Goods purchased.
   4. Alza reserves the right to exclude from the Campaign any customer who:
      1. Does not meet the Campaign conditions as specified;
      2. Pays with a card they are not authorised to use;
      3. Acts in violation of the law and/or good morals and/or commits fraud in connection with the Campaign;
      4. Provides false or incomplete information to participate in the Campaign.
   5. Participants excluded on the basis of the abovementioned criteria shall not be entitled to compensation for any costs or damages they may incur.
   6. These Campaign terms and conditions take effect on the day of their announcement.
