• What forms of vouchers can I apply my own design to?

  We can issue gift vouchers according to your design for both printed vouchers and electronic vouchers

• How do I get my own trader?

  A minimum annual turnover of CZK 150,000 excluding VAT, is a prerequisite for getting a trader.

• Can I get a discount on gift vouchers?

  If you are a member of the B2B program, contact your trader for a quote. If you are not in the B2B program, then please use Inquiry.

• What happens to the vouchers when they expire?

  If the voucher expires, get in touch with us, we will be happy to help.

• Can I use multiple vouchers for one order?

  Yes.

• Is it possible to pay only part of the order by voucher?

  Unfortunately, no. The full value of one voucher must be used. However, it is possible to exceed the value with a surcharge. We recommend that you buy a larger quantity of vouchers of a lower denomination.

• Can I buy gift vouchers for the company?

  Yes. No problem.

• If I donate a voucher, can the recipient return it to Alza?

  The recipient can't do this. Refunds can only be made by the person who purchased/refunded the gift voucher.

• I donated the voucher and the recipient made the purchase. Can the goods be returned?

  Yes, the goods are subject to the normal returns policy.

• Can vouchers be used to pay for services?

  Yes. Highly recommended.
