The Audio Return Channel (ARC) is a feature that allows the TV to send audio data back to the AV receiver or soundbar using the same HDMI cable that is used to transmit the picture from the receiver to the TV. This feature eliminates the need for additional audio cables and allows you to take advantage of the high audio quality offered by your AV receiver or soundbar while watching content directly on your TV.
