The Skin Tint Sensor is a technology used in some IPL (epilator, using intense pulsed light to remove hair) and HPL (epilator, using lower levels of light energy than IPL) epilators that automatically detects skin colour and adjusts the intensity of the light flash. This intelligent feature ensures that epilation is not only safe but also as effective as possible for the skin type, minimising the risk of skin damage and ensuring optimal epilation results.
