Availability of goods

Most of our product range is available as usual.

We are well stocked and have enough goods for the coming weeks.

We put all the products we receive into stock as soon as we can.

Safety in stores and warehouses

All employees must wear masks and rubber gloves. 

We disinfect stores every day.

A maximum of five people are allowed in our stores at any one time.

We take the temperature of warehouse and store employees at the start of their shift. Anyone with a high temperature gets sent home and to the doctor.

We have disinfectant dispensers available in all stores and logistics centres.

Safety instructions for collecting goods

When picking up goods, we ask you to:

  • not stand close to other people.
  • adhere to current hygiene regulations.
  • enter only with respiratory protection, such as a mask.

Services such as First Startup or Operating System Installation must be purchased online in advance.

How to get fast delivery

If you need to get products as soon as possible, order online and pick them up at a store.

Due to the current restrictions, our stores are only functioning as dispensaries. You can not order goods directly at our stores.

Choose products that are in stock at stores. Order online and select your favourite store in the delivery options.

Payment methods

We prefer payment in advance to minimise the risks of personal contact.

All currently accepted payment methods are displayed in your cart.

PayBoxes at stores are working as usual.

Stores opening times

Stores are open with some exceptions.

Stores are only allowed to dispense goods. It is not possible to come and look at products.

I need to resolve a claim or return goods

We recommend sending goods for return by post or carrier.

In really critical cases, our stores can accept claims.
