Espresso is a 30ml coffee beverage made at an even pressure of 9 bar. The recommended duration of extraction is 20-30 seconds. Espresso should be served in a 60-90ml cup.

TIP: The beverage's correct name is espresso, but you can come across frequent incorrect expressions, such as presso, expreso, piccolo and so on.
