How to use discounts?
- Choose your item and add it to the cart.
- Enter the discount code in the Use discount/gift voucher field in the basket and confirm by clicking the “insert” button.
(You can find it at the bottom of the screen) - If all conditions for using the discount are met, you will immediately see the price of your goods reduced
by the exact percentage specified on the voucher. You thus get an instant overview of the final price of the goods and the certainty that the discount has been applied.
Types of cheques and rules for their use
We offer several types of cheques. We have prepared a comprehensive overview of the different types and general conditions of their use.

1st type of cheque: Absolute discount
The face value of the cheque may vary. These are typically gift vouchers that we sell to customers. Alternatively, gift vouchers that we use as a promo to purchase the product.
General rules of use:
- Can be combined with other Absolute Discount cheques
- Can be combined with Percentage Discount cheques
- Can be combined with Fixed Amount Restricted Cheques with different values
- Can be combined with Free Shipping cheques

2nd type of cheque: Fixed amount with limitation
The nominal value of the check with a minimum purchase amount limitation to activate the discount.
For example: “Buy for XXX and get YYYY off.”General rules of use:
- Only different denominations can be combined (100 EUR + 200 EUR), but the same denominations cannot be combined (100 EUR + 100 EUR).
When cumulating, the values for the minimum purchase amount are also summed up. For example, I have a cheque with a value of 100 CZK usable for purchases over 1 000 EUR and a cheque with a value of 200 EUR usable for purchases over 2 000 EUR. A cheque with a value of 100 EUR will be activated when the Basket> = 1 000 EUR. I can use the 200 EUR cheque only after the cumulative value of min. purchase - i.e. Basket > = 3 000 EUR. - Cannot be combined with Percentage Discount Cheques
- Can be combined with Absolute Discount Cheques without restrictions
- Can be combined with Free Shipping cheques
- Only different denominations can be combined (100 EUR + 200 EUR), but the same denominations cannot be combined (100 EUR + 100 EUR).

3rd type of cheque: Percentage discount
Cheques with a percentage value. They are applied to all items in the Basket. In the case of a category restriction, the discount is only applied to products falling into that category.
General rules of use:
- Can be combined with Absolute Discount Cheques without restrictions
- Cannot be combined with Fixed Amount Restricted Cheques
- Cannot be combined with other Percentage Discount cheques
- Can be combined with Free Shipping cheques

4th type of cheque: Free shipping
The cheque application activates free shipping. It only works with combinations of transports where this option is enabled.
General rules of use:
- Can be combined with Absolute Discount Cheques without restrictions
- Can be combined with Fixed Amount Unlimited Cheques
- Can be combined with Percentage Discount cheques
- Cannot be combined with other cheques like Free Shipping
General rules
The cheque may be valid for all customers, but may also be limited by certain other conditions. Please always read carefully the terms of use you will receive with each cheque.
Selected terms of use you may encounter with our cheques:
- The cheque can only be used if the basket contains a pre-determined product
- The cheque can only be used if the basket contains at least one product from the selected category
- The cheque can only be used on the selected platform - web, mobile app
- The cheque can only be used within the time limit of the event
- The cheque can only be used if the customer selects the required type of transport
- A cheque can only be used if the customer selects the desired payment type
- The cheque can only be used if the customer chooses a specific store
- The cheque can only be used if the customer is part of a specific bonus program.
