What do I need to do before you arrive?
- Check the access route to ensure it's large enough for the appliance (width of doors etc.)
- The electricity socket should be no more than 1.3m away from the appliance.
How is the installation carried out?
- We uninstall your old appliance and allow you to clean the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.
- Unpack and inspect your new oven/microwave to make sure everything is in order.
- Plug the new appliance into the mains and place it in the prepared cabinet.
- If the kitchen skirting board needs to be removed, we will remove it and then return everything to its original state after installing the appliance.
- Switch on your new appliance to check that it's working as intended. Then set the time.
- Finally, we will clean up after ourselves, say our goodbyes, and take away your old appliance and packaging materials.

What do I need to do before you arrive?
- Provide the necessary water, waste and energy supply connections.
- Check the access route to ensure it's large enough for the appliance (width of doors etc.)
- Water and waste connections should be no more than 1.6m away from the appliance.
- The electricity socket should be no more than 1.3m away from the appliance.
How is the installation carried out?
- We uninstall your old appliance and allow you to clean the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.
- Unpack and inspect your new washing machine to make sure everything is in order.
- Connect the new appliance to the mains and connect the water and waste supply.
- Fit the furniture door on the new washing machine.
- Adjusting the hinge locations as necessary (we do not drill new hinge holes, customers must arrange the drilling themselves, e.g. with the help of a carpenter).
- Run the basic washing programme to check that the washing machine is working properly.
- Finally, we will clean up after ourselves, say our goodbyes, and take away your old appliance and packaging materials.
You can also order the following services on the spot:
- Enlargement of the supply connection opening in the cabinet.
- Supply connection extension (if the condition allows it).

- Check the access route to ensure it's large enough for the appliance (width of doors etc.)
- The waste connection should be no more than 1.6m away from the appliance.
- The electricity socket should be no more than 1.3m away from the appliance.
How is the installation carried out?
- We uninstall your old appliance and allow you to clean the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.
- Unpack and inspect your new dryer to make sure everything is in order.
- Connect the new appliance to the mains and, if necessary, connect the waste water pipe (depending on the type of dryer).
- Fit the furniture door on the new dryer.
- Adjusting the hinge locations as necessary (we do not drill new hinge holes, customers must arrange the drilling themselves, e.g. with the help of a carpenter).
- Run the basic programme to check that the dryer is working properly.
- Finally, we will clean up after ourselves, say our goodbyes, and take away your old appliance and packaging materials.

What do I need to do before you arrive?
- Check the access route to ensure it's large enough for the appliance (width of doors etc.)
- Cut out an appropriately sized hole for the cooktop.
- Provide access to the circuit breakers in the flat / house.
- Get a sufficiently long three-phase power supply cable to connect to the cooktop.
How is the installation carried out?
- We turn off the cooktop electric circuit at the circuit breaker.
- Uninstall your old appliance and allow you to clean the hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.
- Unpack and inspect your new appliance to make sure everything is in order.
- We connect your new cooktop and place it in the hole in the kitchen countertop.
- Switch on the appliance and check that all the hotplates and cooking zones are working as they should.
- Finally, we will clean up after ourselves, say our goodbyes, and take away your old appliance and packaging materials.

Installing a TV on the wall
Installing a TV on the wall

We're committed to making it as easy as possible for you to get your new wall-mounted TV. That's why we try to deliver and install your new appliance at the same time. You can look forward to a pleasant and helpful crew who will do a good job and clean up after themselves.

* The service does not include the connection of satellite TV and other devices (e.g. games consoles etc.) to the TV.
What do I need to do before you arrive?
- The mount does not come supplied with your TV and must be ordered separately (for this reason, we contact customers the day before delivery to confirm that the mount bracket will be available). We cannot install your TV on the wall without a compatible mount bracket.
How is the installation carried out?
- We unpack the TV and you tell us where exactly do you want to have your TV installed.
- We shall use a detector to verify that it's safe to drill into the wall in that particular spot.
- Then we choose the appropriate anchoring means (dowels, etc.) for your wall material.
- We carefully measure everything, drill the holes, and install the mount bracket.
- We inform you what your mount bracket can or cannot do and install the TV.
- Connect the TV to the mains and then to the antenna or Wi-Fi network.
- Perform the standard TV setup and familiarise you with the basic functions your TV offers.
- You get to keep the packaging material for at least 14 days (in case you decide to return the TV).

Did you order the Installation of a Built-in Appliance service along with your appliance?

After completing your order, our call centre staff will contact you to specify the date and installation details to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

I live on the 12th floor. Are you really going to deliver my appliance to my apartment?

Yes. Our two-man crew will carry the appliance all the way to your apartment and place it where you need it (applies to delivery to a single apartment or commercial space).

How does the whole removal of the old appliance work?

It's simple. If you wish, our crew will take away your old appliance as well. What do you need to do?

The old appliance must be unplugged, clean and complete.
In the case of washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, refrigerators or freezers, they also must be dry and defrosted.
There must be no water in the appliance.

Note: Not complying with the conditions listed gives our staff the right not to remove your old appliance to prevent damage to other products.

Removal of the old appliance is only possible at the same time as delivery of the new product, on a 1:1 basis.

If I order multiple built-in appliances with installation, will the installation price change?

Yes. For 1 built-in appliance, the installation price is €67.99, for 2 it's €57.99, and for 3 it's €47.99.

Can I purchase the service and benefit from the reduced VAT rate even if I buy a built-in appliance for my office?

Of course, you can purchase the service, but unfortunately, you cannot apply the reduced VAT rate.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the service?

We strive to provide the best service possible, but we understand that there may still be grounds for a complaint. Did you notice any damage only after accepting the goods and after the carrier's departure? In this case, please contact us via our contact form or call centre.

Is delivery with AlzaExpres Complet safe?

Yes, safety is paramount for us. Our technicians wear protective gloves and respirators throughout the entire appliance removal and installation process. Every day, we also disinfect all our vehicles and, if necessary, use ozonation.

Does the service apply to products ordered from external warehouses?

Unfortunately, not yet. We are unable to offer the shipping options and follow-up services listed here for products shipped from external partner warehouses.
