Marketing Campaign "Black Friday"

Alza.cz a.s., CIN 27082440, TIN CZ27082440, headquartered in Prague 7, Jankovcova 1522/53, Postal Code 170 00, registered with the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, Entry 8573 (hereinafter referred to as "Alza"), organises a marketing campaign called "Black Friday" (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign") from 00:00 hours on October 30, 2023, to 23:59 hours on November 27, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the "Campaign Period"). Alza hereby establishes the rules and conditions of the Campaign, which are available on the website www.alza.cz/black-friday.

As a retail seller, Alza primarily delivers products to individual consumers and organises its campaigns for this purpose. Alza expressly reserves the right to cancel orders from customers who are not consumers and whose quantity of ordered Goods exceeds the quantity required for the normal consumption needs of individual consumers. In such cases, Alza will notify the Buyer by email of the order cancellation and, if applicable, refund the purchase price.

Alza advises that the conditions for advertising statements, which Alza publishes on the website www.alza.cz/reklama, also apply to this Campaign.

Within the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on products listed on the page www.alza.cz/black-friday (hereinafter referred to as the "Goods"). The number of items that the Buyer can purchase within the Campaign may be limited for selected Goods. The limitation of the number of items of a particular Goods is done automatically, and the Buyer will not be allowed to add more items of the Goods to the cart than the maximum quantity allowed.

The discount on the Goods is valid for the duration of including the respective Goods in the Campaign or until the respective Goods are sold out during the Campaign. The offer of Goods included in the Campaign may change during its course. Alza reserves the right to continuously add or remove discounted goods from the Campaign, and also reserves the right to sell removed goods outside of the Campaign.

Goods, or their stock, are redistributed to customers in the Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary, and other countries where Alza delivers its products, based on the earlier time of order. This does not apply to regional/language-specific product versions.

Discounts in the Campaign are calculated from the original price of the Goods, the complete definition of which can be found in Article 9 of Alza's Terms and Conditions.

During the Campaign, Alza may also provide additional discounts on selected products marked with a discount code, expressed as a percentage of the current selling price of the Goods reduced within the Campaign. The specific percentage discount will always be indicated for each Goods included in the Campaign. The discount will be provided based on the application of the code when creating an order to purchase the Goods at www.alza.cz.

When ordering Goods offered in the Campaign, it is necessary to follow both Alza's Terms and Conditions and these Campaign conditions.

Goods within the Campaign cannot be purchased by phone or fax but only online.

Providing a discount, or Goods in the Campaign at a reduced price, is subject to the proper completion of the order, not just placing the Goods in the cart, and the proper payment of the completed order.

Discounts provided in the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts or other price advantages that Alza provides or that can be applied to Goods included in the Campaign, except for marked products on which an additional percentage discount can be applied by applying a discount code. The additional percentage discount is calculated from the price of the Goods reduced within the Campaign.
