Marketing Campaign „Mega Sale“

The company Alza.cz a.s., Company ID No. 27082440, VAT ID No. CZ27082440, with its registered office at Jankovcova 1522/23, 170 00 Prague 7, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 8573, organizes a marketing campaign called “Mega Discounts” (hereinafter the “Campaign”) from 00:01 on July 6, 2026 until 23:59 on July 20, 2026 (hereinafter the “Campaign Period”). Within the Campaign, the selling company Alza.sk s. r. o., Company ID No.: 36562939, VAT ID No.: 2021863811, with its registered office at Karadžičova 8, 821 08 Bratislava – Ružinov city district, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court Bratislava III, File No. 35889/B (hereinafter “Alza”), provides a discount on goods listed at www.alza.sk/mega-zlavy (hereinafter the “Goods”). The rules and conditions of the Campaign are available at www.alza.sk/marketingova-kampan-mega-zlavy.

As a retail seller, Alza supplies goods primarily to natural persons as end customers and organizes its campaigns for this purpose. In order to serve the largest possible number of natural persons as its target customers, Alza expressly reserves the right to cancel orders placed by customers who are not consumers if the quantity of ordered Goods exceeds the quantity corresponding to normal consumption for natural persons as end customers. In such cases, Alza will notify the Buyer by email about the cancellation of the order and, where applicable, refund the purchase price already paid. Alza also reserves the right to condition the delivery of the Goods upon advance payment of the purchase price, even in the case of customers who are not consumers.

Alza points out that this Campaign is also subject to the conditions for advertising content published on the website www.alza.sk/reklama.

Within the Campaign, Alza provides a discount on selected Goods listed at www.alza.sk/mega-zlavy (hereinafter the “Goods”). The number of units that a buyer may purchase within the Campaign may be limited for selected Goods. The limitation on the number of units of the respective Goods is applied automatically, and the Buyer will not be allowed to add more than the maximum permitted quantity of the respective Goods to the shopping cart.

The discount on the Goods is valid during the period in which the respective Goods are included in the Campaign or until the respective Goods are sold out during the Campaign. The offer of Goods included in the Campaign may be changed during the Campaign.

The stock of certain products is allocated among customers in the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Austria, Hungary, and other countries to which Alza delivers its products, according to the earlier order time. This does not apply to regionally (language-specific) designated versions of products.

Discounts in the Campaign are calculated from the original price of the Goods, the full definition of which can be found in Article 9.8 of Alza’s Terms and Conditions.

When ordering Goods offered in the Campaign, it is necessary to proceed in accordance with Alza’s Terms and Conditions and these Campaign terms and conditions.

Goods within the Campaign cannot be purchased by telephone or fax, but only online.

The provision of the discount, or the Goods in the Campaign at a preferential price, is conditional upon the proper completion of the order (not merely adding the Goods to the shopping cart) and the proper payment of the completed order.

Discounts provided within the Campaign cannot be combined with any other discounts or other price benefits provided by Alza or applicable at Alza to Goods included in the Campaign, except where expressly permitted by Alza.
