Our vision is to bring together the world of commerce, technology and the internet to continuously create the best shopping opportunity and experience for our customers and an innovative and creative environment with the best tools for our people.

Customer Obsession

Our vision is to create the best service for our customers. We want to meet both their current and future needs, including the needs they themselves may not even know about yet. Our ambition is to set new, higher customer expectations, because that is the only way to permanently build and retain customer goodwill and stay ahead of the competition.

We will achieve this both through great innovations (delivery speed, AlzaBoxes, Marketplace, etc.) and through the daily grunt work that improves the customer experience, where our customers' smiles are our reward for a job well done. On the other hand, whenever something does go wrong, we use the situation to apologise, fix the problem and compensate for the disappointment—it's the only way to show that we really care about customer satisfaction.

Going European

Alza goes 2 EU represents a culture shock compared to our current operations. English will become the official language of the company.

An E-shop for the 21st Century

We are building an e-shop that will create a better business environment for all participants—the customer, Alza, and the e-commerce partners who use it. We are a modern retailer with both a physical presence (AlzaBoxes, etc.) and a digital layer. Under the umbrella of Alza Trade, we fully share everything with our suppliers, which allows us to get even closer to our ultimate goal: "shopping by thought, delivery by teleport.".

AlzaBoxes:

Self-service delivery is the preferred customer delivery method (24/7 access, the customer decides when they collect their stuff) for 50+% of orders. Like roads, railways or data and mobile networks, boxes are another infrastructural element of each country and there will be a limited number of operators in each country as well. Our vision is to be one of these operators. Unlike other operators, we want the AlzaBox network to be open to the whole market.
