Blood Oxygen app: Blood oxygen monitoring via the Blood Oxygen app is not intended for medical use, including self-diagnosis or consultation with a physician. It is intended for general fitness and health monitoring purposes only.

ECG app: The ECG app is available on Apple Watch Series 4 and later (except Apple Watch SE) with the latest version of iOS and watchOS. For details on compatibility, please visit apple.com/watch. The ECG app is not intended for people aged under 22. The ECG app on Apple Watch can generate an ECG similar to a single-lead electrocardiogram.

Breakage resistance: The glass resistance to breakage is compared to the previous generation.

Dust Resistance: Series 7 is dust resistant according to IP6X certification.

Water resistance: Apple Watch Series 3, Apple Watch Series SE and Apple Watch Series 7 are water resistant to 50 meters in accordance with ISO 22810:2010. This means they can be used at the surface, for example when swimming in a pool or in the sea. However, they should not be used for diving, water skiing and other activities where they come into contact with fast moving water or are used at greater depths.

Emergency SOS calls: GPS: An emergency SOS call requires an iPhone to be nearby. If no iPhone is within range, Apple Watch must be connected to a known Wi-Fi network and must be set up for Wi-Fi calling.

App Store: Apps are available in App Store.

Apple Music: Apple Music requires subscription.

Irregular heart rate notifications: Irregular heart rate notifications require the latest version of watchOS and iOS. They are not intended for people who are under the age of 22 or who have already been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation.

Faster charging: Tests conducted by Apple in August 2021 with pre-production Apple Watch Series 7 (GPS) and Apple Watch Series 7 (GPS + Cellular) with magnetic USB-C fast charging cable to Apple Watch (model A2515) and 20W Apple USB-C power adapter (model A2305) and Apple Watch Series 6 (GPS) and Apple Watch Series 6 (GPS + Cellular) with magnetic charging cable to Apple Watch (models A2255 and A2256) and 5W USB power adapter Apple (model A1385). All Apple Watches were paired with iPhones and all devices were tested with pre-production software. Charging time depends on region, settings, and environment. Actual results will vary.
