Yes, you can. Simply choose the screen protector you want and add the service to your cart. Our trained technician will apply the screen protector to your device at a store of your choice.

How long will I have to wait for the service to be completed after I place my order?

If you purchase the screen protector and service for your existing device, the delivery time will depend on the shipping method you select. If you purchase a new phone and select this service, the delivery time will be extended by 1 business day from the shipping method you select.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with the service?

If the screen protector is applied incorrectly by a technician, we will refund you the cost of the service and the screen protector. In the case of intentional damage or removal, the service fee is non-refundable, as the service was used and properly performed.

How do I file a service claim?

In the event of a complaint, you must provide photographic documentation. You can file a claim at any Alza store or online at Alza.cz. Your claim will then be reviewed and resolved.
