What do I need to do before the installation?

A new TV does not include a TV mount, so it must be ordered separately. Without a compatible mount, it won't be possible to install your new TV on the wall.

How does it work?

  • We unpack the TV and the customer specifies the exact place where he or she wants the TV to be installed on the wall.
  • We use a detector to check whether it is possible to drill safely into the wall in the given place.
  • We choose a suitable anchoring system (anchors, etc.) according to the wall material.
  • We carefully measure everything, drill holes and install the TV mount.
  • We show the customer the options of the mount and then install the TV.
  • We connect the TV to the power supply and the antenna or Wi-Fi.
  • We perform basic setup and show the customer its basic features.
  • The customer keeps the packaging material for at least 14 days (in case he or she wants to return the goods during this period).
  • From 1 November to 1 April, we do not plug in the TV due to low outdoor temperatures (the TV must be allowed to reach room temperature, otherwise you risk damaging the device).

How much is the service?
The service costs €77.99 (including VAT) and includes:
  • Consumables used for the installation (anchors, dowels)
  • Wall mounting, basic cleaning

Are you going to install the TV on my wall as soon as the TV is delivered?
Yes. After purchasing the TV, you will be contacted by our call centre operator, who will arrange an installation date with you.
How do I choose the installation date?
The installation is usually performed the day your order is delivered. You can select the installation day during the checkout process or change it when we contact you by phone.
I am very busy, is it possible to arrange an installation date for the weekend?
Yes. You can arrange the date according to your needs with the help of our operator. We perform installations every day, including weekends.
I have a TV wall mount from my original TV, do I still have to buy a new one from you?
No. We can also use your original TV mount, but you need to make sure that it is compatible with your new TV. Please check its load capacity and spacing of the mounting holes.
Does the service include a satellite antenna setup?
The service does not include the connection of a satellite and other devices (e.g. game consoles etc. ) to your TV.
I have a plasterboard wall, is it possible to use a folding mount?
Yes, but the weight of the TV and the mount type need to be taken into account. The mount must ALWAYS be attached to a metal sheet profile. For this reason, the TV may not be installed exactly where you want it.
Does the service apply to products ordered from external warehouses?
Unfortunately, not yet. We are unable to offer the shipping options and follow-up services listed here for products shipped from external partner warehouses.
