How can I report theft of an insured device??
Report the theft by calling +420 225 340 777 or emailing [email protected].
Before reporting theft, have the following ready:
- - Purchase receipt number,
- - Serial number of the damaged product,
- - Precise description of the situation leading to the theft.
Also, prepare the following documents from the police:
- - Decision to suspend the case,
- - Official record (which might be referred to as a Protocol, Testimony, or Report),
- - Confirmation of IMEI blocking (for 3G/4G/5G devices).

How does Theft Insurance differ from Breakage and Theft Insurance?
Theft Insurance exclusively covers theft and robbery, it doesn't cover mechanical damage resulting from, for instance, a fall or spill.
Theft insurance has a 0% deductible, and claims are processed within 3 business days of receiving all required documents. Breakage and theft insurance, on the other hand, has a 10% deductible, and claims can take up to 90 days to process.
