Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be used to pay for purchases at Alza.cz. They can be used to purchase any item in the store, except for items that are shipped from external warehouses.  Gift vouchers are available in both printed and electronic versions. By scratching off the scratch-off field or displaying the code, you agree to the terms of use. To use a gift voucher, simply enter the unique discount code into the "Apply Promo/Discount Code or Gift Voucher" field in your shopping cart. The value of the voucher will be automatically deducted from your total order amount, and you will only need to pay the remaining balance.

 



 

Terms of use: 

1. The value of the gift voucher will be deducted from your purchase at Alza.cz. 

2. Gift vouchers/cards cannot be redeemed for cash. The value of a gift voucher can only be used for a single purchase. Gift vouchers can be combined for a single purchase.

3. For items purchased using the gift voucher, if a withdrawal from the purchase agreement or a valid claim occurs, the amount may be refunded via a replacement gift voucher.

4. Gift vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. After this date, the voucher will expire and cannot be renewed.

5. Gift vouchers (codes) can only be redeemed for purchases on the website www.alza.cz.

6. By paying for the gift voucher/card and displaying the code, you agree to the terms and conditions for using the voucher.

7. After using the code for a purchase at www.alza.cz, the voucher becomes invalid.

8. The code cannot be replaced in the event of loss or destruction of the receipt.

10. Gift vouchers cannot be resold to third parties. If you resell a gift voucher, you are fully responsible for any damages that may result.

11. All purchases at Alza.cz are subject to the company's Terms and Conditions and Claims Policy.
