The service can only be purchased before, or on the day that goods are received.

Can I unpack and test the product?
Yes, excluding products from the Health & Beauty category, such as shavers, epilators, toothbrushes, etc. However, you must return products in their original packaging.

Can I return a product if I have damaged it?
Yes, we will accept the goods, but at a reduced price in the form of Alza Credit.

When is the refund period valid?
The period runs from the date the order is created and lasts for 60 calendar days.
