u nově zakoupené klimatizace nefunguje modul wifi párování s mobilní aplikací. Při připojení nebo resetu wifi dle návodu 6x zmačknutí tlačítka FAN během 4s neprovede požadované rychlé zablikání wifi kontrolky?

Kde je možné kúpiť novú plastovú kocovku na hadicu do tesnenia okna. Lebo sa mi je podarilo rozbiť. Všade na nete ako príslušenstvo predavajú len rôzne prevedenia do okna a nikde pôvodnú koncovku od klimatizácie.
