I have connected my laptop to a Dell monitor using the USB-C cable supplied with the monitor. I use it both for connecting a monitor and powering a laptop (the monitor supports up to 90W downstream). Since I couldn't get a 4K/60Hz setup (both the laptop and monitor support it), I wanted to buy a quality cable that could handle it. To make sure the problem isn't in the cable, but somewhere else. Result: this supposedly high quality cable, works worse than the supplied Dell monitor cable. The resolution is the same so 4K/30Hz, but in addition, with the Alza cable, every few seconds the picture drops out for a moment. So I'll take the Alza branded products with a grain of salt,
