as this is the entire original replacement block, it includes both the connecting cable and the fuse
in general, for about any batteries of this type intended for UPS, to maintain their best life, it is necessary to keep them at temperatures lower than +30°C, preferably +15 to +20°C ideally, otherwise even with infrequent use (i.e. deep discharge) at a sustained temperature above approx. +25°C to +30°C, even after 2 years, sudden degradation can occur and immediate replacement will be necessary. Otherwise, it could have lasted up to 5 years.
it's a pity that at the turn of 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 the price of these batteries rose so much, because they are already quite expensive
