In order for the laundry to be completely dry (for clothes), you need to use at least the second highest dryness level. Otherwise, it dries perfectly.
The reservoir and filter must be cleaned after each use.

we were surprised how much it picks up dirt from the laundry
after every drying you need to clean the filter, but I guess that's the case with every dryer, we just didn't know it: -)
it's a pity that the light can't be switched on during drying, if there was a button for that, and even after the drying programme is finished, the dryer has to be switched off and to switch on again when taking out the laundry

slightly less sensitive touch control "buttons". I'd prefer real buttons to this contraption, especially since on/off and start/stop are "real" buttons - it seems a bit schizophrenic to me
