the buttons are sometimes too sensitive (they shift two values instead of one), sometimes they react with a delay
delayed start: I'm used to setting the time after half an hour, here it's 30 min and then only after a full hour
the sound of the drum unlocking freaked me out for the first time, it sounds like the drum has come loose or the washing machine has otherwise broken down

It seems to me that the touch controls are not working properly. On all my other washing machines, I've had no problem squeezing the touch segment. It's a problem with this series, you really have to press several times, it's a pain. I didn't end up buying the product.
