no extra complex assembly
all screws and washers included
I don't know why there is only 1 2.5" hdd, 2 would fit just fine. The reason is probably that its 2x 2.5" counterpart is almost twice as expensive and is basically the same except for the 4 extra holes.
the rubber pads under the hdd are very springy when glued, which makes it difficult to glue them exactly over the mounting holes
