Akasa N. Stor is a good idea to painlessly add another HDD to your laptop.
As a replacement for the DVD drive that you remove from the laptop - it's on the connector and you slide this Akasa adapter in its place.
Both 7 and 9 mm HDD/SSDs can be inserted into the adapter and you should pay attention to the interface - Akasa makes both IDE HDDs and SATA HDDs. Finally, you need to pay attention to the screws that secure the HDD in the frame, tighten well, otherwise there is a risk that the screw will come loose, fall inside the laptop and make a disaster. Be especially careful when tightening the screws on SSDs, where you need to tighten the screws with feeling - after all, the SSD is "made of softer material" So be careful !
It is sad that the manufacturer does not indicate in the instructions at least which models of laptops this frame is applicable to, for example, for Dell Latitude E6530 is fine, you can even swap from the DVD front panel to this frame and you have the original.
