Excellent stuff! The exchange was without a problem and I also replaced the front bezel, so you can't even tell that I have this adapter instead of the DVD in my laptop.
I don't know where to get the DVD, USB case (external DVD) when I replace it with this adapter. It could be sold as an accessory to this adapter.

Good bezel, fits on Vostro 3350 including the original face. My LED doesn't light up at all, which made me quite happy.
Watch out for the locking screws (worms), since they do not have a stop, you can easily screw them into the body of the HDD (SSD, it is not a threat with solid state) or into the body of the frame, from where they will be difficult to remove. I don't know which oak came up with that idea, and it's already clear to me that some people here are writing that something is rattling in their frame: ) Fortunately, I stopped in time. Oh, and I couldn't get the system on the disk in the frame, the system disk must be in the primary storage slot.
