This is exactly the kind of phone my wife wanted (simple, downright "dumb", used only for making phone calls and sending/receiving SMS). Operation simple, intuitive - true, my wife already had the original phone from the same manufacturer, so no problem.

unsuitable for the elderly due to the low-volume loudspeaker - the call is hard to hear even for a normally hearing person

Babi 94 learned to call 16 speed dial numbers and use the SOS button during the afternoon.
For seniors brilliant
For the hard of seeing, the contacts are black on white, but black on white would be better

A simple mobile phone for seniors, something in the style of the old button Nokias
Contrast display
Loud ringer speaker
Decent battery life
Charging stand
Sometimes incoming calls answer themselves - restarting the phone helps
Speaker volume for a call is not very good, the caller's voice is sometimes unintelligible
