Out of curiosity, I bought all 3 types of these Alza papers - Basic, Business and Professional. Only the Business is kind of in between and I don' t really see the point in buying it. It' s a bit whiter than Basic (a bit), but not as much as Professional. In this pack of 250 sheets, it is even more expensive than Professional. The only advantage it has is that it is sold in a larger package at a better price. As another minus, this Business has such a rough structure on the surface. Basic and Profi don' t have it and are pretty smooth.
In addition to the packaging - I can imagine such nice packaging for paper that is not used regularly - i. e. some stickers, hard/colored papers, etc. But for an ordinary one, where I need to feed the printer 500 pieces, it seems really unnecessary to me.
High-quality packaging in cardboard - it does not have bent corners, as with packaging just in paper

senseless packaging and a lot of waste
quality paper
packed in 250 pieces, sealed in plastic and additionally in a hard paper box. In other words, 250 pieces of paper is an extreme amount of waste. It is definitely not a BUSINESS package and solution. Unpacking each package is very slow and annoying
