Even though everything is in order on my end, I couldn't extend my membership. Everything has been working without any issues for the last 4–5 years, until now. When trying to purchase another annual membership, it won't let me add it to the basket (only the monthly one). I've tried resolving it through that stupid Alzee thing, but I'm still waiting for someone to get back to me.
