Useless: I bought it for extending the very short cable in a Dell DA310 portable docking station but if I use it the only things that keeps on working is the video output from the docking station, the usb and the Ethernet ports stop working. I suspect also the usbc charging capability will also be hindered.
I wonder if it's not too late for a refund ?

Not suitable as a USB-C hub extension. HDMI will pass, USB-C power also passes, but USB-A accessories (mouse/keyboard reveiver, USB flash drive, etc. ) No. For the price, it's probably not bad, but you need to think about what you want it for and the description should explicitly state what is/isn't functional, since it's in the "data cable" category.

I desperately need a USB-C -> USB-C extension cable and since there are negative reviews on other brands, I chose AlzaPower directly. The cable is to be used to connect a USB hub (to which are connected perfieries such as mouse, keyboard. ) to the PC. However, the hub does not work using this extension cable (the USB hub itself works when connected directly to a PC, tested with an ntb). First cable advertised, however, the replaced cable behaves the same. So I'm complaining again. Great dissatisfaction so far.
