After reading the comments, I was hesitant to buy it. Finally I bought it, connected it and lo and behold the camera kept disconnecting from wi-fi. Instead of 2.4 GHz I tried 5 GHz and the camera works as it should. So in the end, great satisfaction. Moreover, the camera is also a HUB, so I can buy other accessories from AQARA.

It would be a really great camera for automation and simple "security". It can do a lot and the Aqara mobile app can set up basic automation. Unfortunately, the connection to wifi both 2GHz and 5GHz fails and the camera disconnects very often (several times a day). The connection back is automatic, but it takes a long time (between 5 and 120 minutes). Resetting to factory settings or uploading the latest firmware will not help. I have two cameras and I tried them on different wifi (2 and 5GHz) and they both work. Hopefully the new firmware will fix it, but the one available now (28.9.2023) does not fix the bug. Unfortunately, the connection via a network cable is not possible. Due to unreliability I will give only three stars, otherwise it would be a great combination of camera and zigbee hub for Aqara accessories.
