You, sir! I really didn't expect that. I used to have a CPU above 36 degrees, now 25-27. Rapid decline. I had a nice baked caramel there (dust, paste). But he never got above 60. I regularly clean the box and the cpu cooler, but I never put new paste, that's a fact.
