In windows it works right after plugging in.
I bought it mainly for the wireless headphones. The sound constantly drops out and rattles even at a distance of about 1m with primary supervision.

On Windows 11, it works almost immediately after connecting. In addition, the device does not have any (disturbing) LED diode, which is common with mainly cheaper models. I use it exclusively for the BT connection of the PS3 controller (with the appropriate program) and the transfer of files from the mobile phone. Satisfaction, good buy!
On Windows 11, almost instant connection.
No annoying LED.
Reliably functional.
