A great music listening experience. When I run, I forget they're in my ears, they don't slip or otherwise move, I'm finally not bothered by any cables, they play consistently without dropping connections, and I can focus on performance. The pain in my ears was caused by the wrong position and too much squeezing of the hooks, which is not necessary. Otherwise, a minimum of two or three hours straight, which I have, completely at ease.
For more demanding users who need and want to focus on training undisturbed, a great choice at an affordable price. 👍
Weight
Intuitive easy operation, design
Battery life
Sound quality
Constant connection without dropouts
No annoying cable
Price (but this is compensated by quality and fulfilled expectations)
Impractical case size (for athletes without storage space). For your handbag for going out super.: )
Not suitable under a tighter hat/helmet.

They play nice
Long battery life in conjunction with the rechargeable box
The earplugs hurt my ears a bit, but it's just a matter of habit - I'm used to airpods.
