Very expensive spare parts - we managed to accidentally crack the glass plate - as a spare part costs 6500Kc + service = it is not worth replacing, a new piece is cheaper (at the time of our purchase 9989Kc) - this was very disappointing for Bosch, I would have expected a better approach, especially in the context of maintainability
