I liked the fact that the epilator is portable and travel-friendly.
It has a small area to depilate and I don't see any miracle in this device. I'm wondering if I should return it within 14 days? Depilation is not perfect at all, I had to pluck the hair out with tweezers. Isn't there anyone at Alza you can consult? Which I wanted to do no one knows anything I have to try it.

I wanted to pluck my facial hair without making my skin suffer. The wax was giving me rashes so I reached for the epilator. This one had the best reviews.
Tears out even the smallest hairs. If I'm careful, I can also shape my eyebrows comfortably with it.
when using it, the rashes I had on my chin from waxing are slowly disappearing.
I pluck my hair like this 2 times a week. Sometimes even 3 times. Which is great, because I feel better when I don't have them. With wax, I had to be determined.
The cleaning head is fine. For now, it's enough for me instead of peeling. Just be careful if you have sensitive skin. easy to scratch.
Tearing above the upper lip is more painful than waxing because the hairs grow in more directions so you have to go through the razor more times. And so far, somehow I'm not giving it. Maybe I'll learn that in time.
The first flashlight started to run out after about 4 uses.
It takes practice, but that's not a negative: )
Sometimes it's complete math to guess which way the hairs are growing. The clipper will only catch those that grow right up against it. So practice and getting to know your own body is the main thing.
I would welcome a tip on soothing cosmetics to use after plucking hair.
When it is on a little longer it starts to heat up.

I am satisfied, epilation did not hurt, only unfortunately I still have a reaction on the skin, but it is not the device. It is light in the hand, the advantage of rotation in both directions. Cleansing is very easy and you can definitely feel it on your skin after a few days of use!
Pencil battery - doesn't seem to last very long.
