Good price,
The protective, outer part (i.e. the hard case in which the separate covers are located) is apparently just cardboard paper wrapped in waterproof material (nylon). At least that's how it looks. Don't break it, don't destroy it or it will be bad.
I probably wouldn't leave it in the rain.
