Despite a number of negatives, in my opinion it is the best device in this price category and is basically on par with devices for 10-15 thousand. I have tried and returned several instruments of about 5 thousand and all of them were completely tragic and did not even do what they were designed to do, that is, they did not perform well. This one does that really well.
Production states on a very good level (on the level of twice more expensive devices)
High fruit yield, the waste is almost dry and there is almost no crumb left inside the machine after the work is finished.

Cleaning is not nearly as easy and fast as the manufacturer claims, the cleaning program does almost nothing
Sometimes it is more difficult to assemble and disassemble, sometimes it is harder to pull out the snail and it takes 5 attempts to put it on. It's being pressed piece by piece. In the device I returned, the snail was almost impossible to pull out. In the second one, it's easy with two fingers. Deployment is going badly for all of them. A man must hit with the auger exactly in the teeth of the gear which is driven by the auger.

Honest Czech product with excellent quality that should last for years, as it was once upon a time, for example with ETA products, which we have from our parents and still serve today. I dare say that this is not a product that you will be claiming after the warranty.

I've had this type before, and after it died (I dropped a toothbrush in it while running: o))), I bought it again. Unfortunately, I had to return it because I couldn't get the worm out without using a lot of force. Still, I didn't give up, and ordered the same type again. And I did the right thing - it runs as it should, and it is perhaps even quieter than the first one, plus it looks nice and saves space on the counter. I really recommend it!: o)
