long endurance
perfect connectivity
the sound is perfectly fine (I'm not an audiophile = they play, so it's ok)
moderate design (neither big nor small)
when the batteries run out, they beep every 90 seconds until they die (about 20 minutes). it would really be enough to beep once every 5 minutes.
sometimes they work as handsfree, sometimes not (I haven't figured out how it works)

Price, control, nfc and battery life.
The listening quality is proportional to the price.

For the money, I think they sound nice, seamless pairing with Win7 and Android 5.0, lightweight headphones for casual use.
Creative doesn't make replacement foams, and e.g. those Koss headphones will blow your mind.

good sound
media playback control
hands-free telephoning
Dial the last number without having to take your phone out of your pocket
no interfering cable
buzzes a bit at some low frequencies
sometimes disconnects from the phone randomly (but maybe an Android problem)
can only connect to devices with Bluetooth - no cable connection
