It lived up to expectations, my sweaters are as good as new. It also takes bigger wrinkles. Easy to maintain, lasts a long time, and I like that I can charge it in a drawer.
The only small thing, beware of fine sweaters, when used on uneven surfaces and rush it can make a small hole in finer materials. This is my first time using a de-icer, so I had to learn how to use it.

It worked for about 10 minutes and even in that time it did not work properly. I had borrowed from a neighbour a de-soiler from another manufacturer and it worked perfectly.
After 10 minutes it stopped working. It won't charge or turn on. A complaint will be necessary.
