It's a bit untypical in shape, at least for me, after many years of experience with similar types of vertical mice. I suppose it will be more suitable for smaller hands and longer fingers. Otherwise it works as it should - just a mouse. I recommend trying it out before you buy it to see how it fits in your hand, it definitely won't be for everyone.
Specific grip - the mouse is narrow, the thumb is very close to the other fingers - 4-5cm. Previous mice had 6-8cm between thumb and fingers and were more natural to me.
The special "biting" of the mouse in the palm area is more of a disadvantage in my opinion. It forces you to hold and control the mouse with your fingers without involving your palm, which practically doesn't touch the mouse, and it's more tiring and unnatural compared to mice that are "rounder" and you hold and control them with practically the whole surface of your hand.
