I used to get the General control with a mouse, which I'm happy with. I thought this would be the same + extra keyboard.
Unfortunately, this is not the case.
Nothing yet.
In combination with the laptop, it is unusable for me - it does not have Czech key layout, so for example the numbers are different than marked on the keyboard.
In combination with AndroidTV, the OK button sometimes works and sometimes not. When typing on the screen at all.
Unfortunately, the design is such that the controller always lies on the buttons.
Cannot be connected without using USB.
The signal is lost, it's like it's "freezing".
It doesn't have USB-C, but microUSB(I had to get one, the included one didn't even plug in)
The microphone sometimes can't even be turned on, probably related to the "freezing". He's hearing nonsense.

We have a Samsung TV and the remote can only be used to turn off/on and move the arrow keys. The gyro mouse only works in the browser (it's not like LG's gyro controllers, where your mouse works in Netflix and everywhere). Additional buttons (home, back, etc.) are not responding. ), the OK button responds only sometimes and what is probably the biggest fun - the volume setting does not work (probably because we have a soundbar connected to the TV) - however, this is probably the first time we have seen such incompatibility. The final touch is the overall look of the controller, which reminds me of those phones for pensioners with huge buttons - that's exactly what it has.
keyboard
absolutely non-functional

I bought this remote to control my computer while watching movies on TV (the signal from the computer is sent to the TV via HDMI). In the end, I returned it because several things didn't suit me. In the end I replaced it with the GENERAL G10S HTPC PC driver, which doesn't have qwerty, but has everything else and works perfectly.
lovely design
Plug&Play
the keyboard on the back tends to get stuck and often leads to unintentional pressing
the modifiable button could not be set despite all my efforts
no button to pause and start the video
occasionally lost signal
