400W is sufficient for a normal PC. I have the graphics without external power supply and I don't tend to clock the processor (it runs at 58W - 89W). Therefore, this power supply with a fairly attractive price tag was the obvious choice. After the PC was reassembled, it booted up, but shut down in a few seconds and so it repeated before I took it out of the socket. Bulk packaging didn't bother me, I just wanted it to work. Which, unfortunately, I didn't.
they give you a power cord
It's rubbish!
You'd better pay a few hundred extra. I didn't, and then I regretted it.
