This watch was a gift. I've been looking for a long time for one that was both elegant and functional. Finally, we picked out this watch from this article https://www.modio.cz/i/top-13-nejlepsi-chytre-hodinky-2023-test-recenze-a-srovnani. My wife is perfectly happy with them.

Battery life - 3 to 4 days
Sports features - I mainly use the bike
Connection to Strava - you just turn on the activity, and when you finish it, the activity will be logged into Strava
Garmin connect - much better than other apps
Welcome features - body battery and stress levels are really features
Smaller display
Uncomfortable belt (can be replaced)
Unclear menu to start with (not very intuitive, takes some getting used to)
Slow downloading of music and other files

simple operation
nice to look at
clear application
possibility of further personification
fast charging
Listening to music during activity
belt uncomfortable at first, you have to get used to it (rubber belt, but buy another one and replace)
pay attention to the alert settings, some of them can be quite annoying over time
it would be nice if you could turn off the alarm on your watch.

After a few days so far so good, light on the hand, small, ideal for a thinner hand. There is only a small range of straps, silicone is not very pleasant on the hands, it sweats. A few Garmin features are missing.

was a gift
scratchy
cheap materials, feels like Chinese 10 euro watch
apparently I walk 2 floors during the steps
incredibly pricey for such terrible quality
awful UI experience! Looks and in general, settings in particular
Incorrect sleep calculation. if you are in the bed but cannot fall asleep- no worries, watches would still count it as sleep
Terroble applications on the phone. worst user experience ever. To setup face watch you need to open one application, click on settings which will open ANOTHER application, where any save will return you to the main page, so you need to kill second app and try this one more time
If you like to google RGB colors to setup face watches, have limited options for training and incorrect measurements- this is perfect option
after setup only they looks used already
unpleasant material of the stripes, they “stick” to the skin and you feel them as plastic wrapper

I wonder how many people would buy them if they weren't branded. Garmin: o)
design fine, strap fine, overall I just don't feel like I'm wearing a plate on my hand
possibility to buy an unofficial dial where you can customize the data according to your own taste (time, weather, steps, etc.)
the whole design looks like a Chinese junk for 40€ and I was afraid of scratches from the first day
the clock menu control is not very intuitive, even everything seemed to me to be slightly lagged - as if there was a weaker processor
the price of 300-360€ is like a bad dream
the "marketplace" in the andoid app is a mess
battery life not much. for me it's borderline because I have to take a charger even on a very short holiday
I'm supposedly taking steps in my sleep

Any cheaper sports band can handle almost all the functions of this watch and at a third of the price.
Design. Of all the sports watches and bands, these Garmins fit me the best. It fits very well on a small hand, which cannot be said of the vast majority of watches.
Useful tracker for walking.
Battery charged in minutes. With all sensors permanently on, it lasts four days with no problem.
Incredibly unintuitive controls. Maybe it's a habit from Apple, where you turn the device on and everything works, it pairs with everything at first, and there's no need for lots of other apps. For practically the whole first week, I was just deciphering the most basic functions of the watch (notifications, favorites, sync, updates,. )
Inaccurate sensors. Despite Garmin's marketing as the most accurate devices on the market, sometimes my watch reports a completely wrong heart rate. Under heavy load, he reports a heart rate of one-third. This doesn't change even after a thorough wipe of the sensors and wrist, the watch simply rides its own reality.
Sleep measurement inaccuracy. The watch does not measure "naps" during the day. The sleep itself is then measured incorrectly and either reports the period of being awake at a time when I was guaranteed to be asleep or, on the contrary, counts sleep even an hour after waking up.
Completely abstract measures of "Body battery" and "Stress level". From the watch to other apps (e.g. Apple health) cannot get measures of Heart rate variability, although they can certainly measure them. If the Body battery value is really supposed to correspond to some energy reserve in the body, it should not stay at 5 all day and not go below it. On the contrary, I would imagine that going under 10 would mean a final drag and absolutely devastating exhaustion for a person, not a day where he slept only seven hours instead of nine and then went to work out in the morning.
Sports programmes are one-sidedly focused on running or cycling. They offer (almost cram) the user plans and milestones for this narrowly defined activity.
Notifications are very limited. If you receive multiple messages in a row, it's not easy to scroll through them and read them all. You need to click each one individually after you move to the internal menu.
