I can't rate it, I used it for an hour and then returned it. I don't like the look of it or the environment. The colors and display wasn't great either. Despite the clean android there is a lot of applications that I do not use and can not be deleted. Comparatively, I still liked my old Realme 8 better.

good camera
display and sound quality
overall fits great in the hand
it's a pixel, which I hope will again bring the advantage of non-decreasing performance over time and constant smoothness of android
I'm taking 1 star off for the fact that the pixel 4a had a far more reliable fingerprint reader. Considering this is perhaps the most used feature on the phone, it's infuriating

max satisfaction, I knew what I was buying so I was prepared for any shortcomings
Google Pixel, direct from Google
I only buy these devices
no problems so far
7 years support ( although I don't think I'll have it that long )
super camera, stamina average
a few little things are always there, like the reader in the display, not totally great
sometimes it takes time for the system to react

On first impression a good phone, my piece unfortunately had a hardware failure, so it could not be relied on, he himself "clicked" where he wanted, when driving, my navigation closed, I could not answer the message because it was going back somewhere else, really horrible. It happens with other phones of other brands, so it's hard to evaluate this, anyway, I didn't have the impression that it's me who determines how things will look, e.g. I couldn't turn off AI "enhancement" for photos. I bought an iPhone for similar money and it's about something else, I was quite surprised how much better.
I got a defective piece with "ghost touches", the phone was unusable
The AI does things I don't want - it "enhances photos" so it doesn't look natural

Super camera
Good battery life
Long support
Compact
It gets pretty hot sometimes
In pure Android, some things are sometimes missing that are present in other vendors' environments - e.g. can't turn off the flashlight with the power button, can't remove the search bar from the default launcher, etc.

I recommend choosing between 8a or PRO. Version 8 is unnecessarily a track against 8a and does not bring much extra. The absence of VoLTE in 2024 is already sad, an update from Google would be enough, but it is not happening. For the price, it' s a shame.
Absence of VoLTE
Truncated camera options
The quality of the photos did not convince

Verified purchase - review from a price comparison website
relatively compact
The " hump" of the camera over the entire width, so you can comfortably shoot even on the phone lying on the table
very slippery surface
the search field cannot be removed from the default launcher

Phone bought primarily because of the praised camera, which is really very good. Overall the phone is really great, the negatives are just minor things. The only thing I miss after switching from the OnePlus Nord 2 is more customization of the system.
excellent main camera, 2x digital zoom is also decent
A solid wide-angle camera
fluidity and speed of the system without additional ballast
very decent speakers
quite compact size
lasts just fine for 2 days of normal use
wireless charging
due to pure android, some quite expected customizations are missing (e. g. always on, color shade of the display. )
the display in direct sunlight catches a purple tint (at a certain angle of the rays)
sometimes quite warm, even through the cover
charging is not the fastest
missing Pro mode in the photo application
