In the information from Alza, the ECG is advertised. Since I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro, I considered the watch from the same company as the best choice, besides it won in the "health problems" category here: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/best-heart-rate-monitoring-watch#our-picks. The watch offers "fitbit ECG" installation, but it does not work with Google Pixel Watch in the Czech Republic (see here: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/irregular-rhythm). The (paid) Cardiogram app says that "when the manufacturers make the interface available, we'll read ECGs too". So the buried dog is in the company's policy of making these features available to those (paid) apps, like Fitbit, that have paid the most.
I realize that an hourly EKG has a lot of limitations, but given my medical condition, I'd rather have something than just a heartbeat.
I will be returning and buying some of the compatible ones.
