It works as it should, it's basically a volume up button on the wireless keyboard. So what the volume up button on the phone does, this trigger does. Nothing more, nothing less. It can be paired with multiple phones and whoever connects to it controls it (can't control multiple devices at once, but doesn't have to forget/pair again). If you use a suitable photo application (on Android, for example Simple Camera - com. simplemobiletools. camera ) then you can shoot video with it. But of course everything has to be set up on the phone first (photo or video mode, self-timer, front/rear camera, etc. )
small
lightweight
can be paired with multiple devices
can also shoot video under certain conditions
probably can't launch the photo app on the phone

Works great for controlling pics and videos remotely It saves battery by shutting itself down after few min of Inactivity If turned off, you have to long press the button to stop recording and start new one Recommended Bonus - it comes with a red string :) easier to carry and not to lose it

The item said that the battery was included, so of course I didn't add one to the cart (why two? ). The battery was indeed in the package, but completely discharged, so I ran to the nearest brick-and-mortar store, where I paid almost half the price of the "button" (55Kč). Otherwise, the button does what it's supposed to do. Pairing with the iPhone went smoothly.
It works
The battery in the package was completely dead
