we've had practically the same one from an online dog store for four years. Here on alza now purchased about 150kč cheaper. I was buying for my other dog, a chihuahua.
really works and works well
the dog learns not to bark (I use only in the apartment, if the dog is alone at home)
It works like a placebo, after a while I don't put the battery in anymore, and the dog still doesn't bark.

On barking it works properly.
He does not react to strange dogs at the neighbors.
The first time you need to be with the dog and admonish him to be quiet so that he understands what the goal is. And what the collar is punishing him for.
After three nights with the collar, our dog basically doesn't need it. He understands when I tell him "Sleep and be quiet", he knows what that means and that he is better off without the collar.
When the dog shakes (when it wakes up or when it shakes off water), the collar indicates this as an intense barking.
