After a long time I had to replace my Razer headset because I didn't want to give 5k again so I bought these headphones on sale for 1800. They're really cool for the price. The sound and microphone quality is great for playing. They are not studio headphones but nobody would expect that. I plugged them in without software and they work perfectly. What I don't like so much but can't downgrade for is the comfort on my head. I'm used to heavy headphones with less pressure on my ears. These headphones are such a squeak. But I expect that with time it will loosen up a bit and I will get used to it. But I'm afraid that if you wear glasses they will be uncomfortable The second small minus is that the microphone really takes everything and it will probably take a while to set it up so that my friends can't hear me breathing.

I bought these headphones because I have a good experience with the hyperx series. I'm switching from hyperx cloud 2. I've tried plugging both headphones in at once and testing the sound quality, I've seen a few reviews here that the sound is flat etc. but I don't think so. After listening with cloud III my cloud IIs sounded like somewhere from wishe, so it's definitely a sound upgrade, I recommend downloading their ngenuity software, it's easy to set everything up. For me at the discounted price of just under 1900 a totally awesome purchase, probably fine even at full price.

I've had the hyperx cloud 2 for about 4 years, and I often use the JBL Live PRO2 TWS headphones. It's really hard to beat these two gems. I had to get used to and understand the direction the manufacturers took with cloud 3. After the first run I said "I'm not giving it up, I'm returning it". I listen to a lot of dance music and I miss the bass. I downloaded NGENUITY directly from hyperx, adjusted the bass with the equalizer and it helped a bit. In any case, the sound is clearer compared to cloud 2. I ended up keeping them and hope for more positive experiences and benefits.

The left earpiece makes noise in some applications (e.g. game DayZ), when communicating via Discord my counterpart hears the grain and noise from me, other headphones do not do this. Another minus is that the headphones do not have 2x jack (1x for microphone and 1x for headphones), but only usbc and usb reduction. Bad design. There are much cheaper and better alternatives.
